What happens when I make an online donation?

When you make an online donation, you should receive an email confirmation message. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact Cheryl, our Development Coordinator at 250-413-3161 Ext 280. Be sure to check your junk mail for the email confirmation as well.

When do I get my receipt for a one time donation?

You will receive a tax receipt within two weeks of your donation by mail or email depending on what option you selected. If you do not receive your tax receipt please contact Cheryl, our Development Coordinator at 250-413-3161 Ext 280.

When do I get my receipt for my monthly donations?

Consolidated receipts for all the gifts you have made in a year will be issued at the end of each year. If you would like to receive a receipt per gift or immediately after donating, please contact Cheryl, our Development Coordinator at 250-413-3161 Ext 280 or email cherylm@ourplacesociety.com with your updated information.
