Dandelion Street Outreach Program – Pathways Off Pandora

The Dandelion Street Outreach team is currently focused on supporting family members that are sheltering on the 900 block of Pandora. They are building relationships and trust with the folks on the block, which is the foundation of being able to provide support. They are engaging with campers on the block, having conversations with them to understand what exactly their needs are, and what they would need to be able to move into housing.

While the primary focus is to support the family members on the block into housing, they are also supporting people with some of their immediate basic needs. The team is also available to take family members to important appointments.
