Housing and Shelters

Our Place Society works in close partnership with provincial and community organizations to offer a full spectrum of housing options—from emergency and transitional shelters to supportive and permanent housing—for people in need of stability and care.

Our goal is to provide as many pieces of the housing continuum as possible, recognizing that each step plays a critical role in helping individuals regain their footing.

At every Our Place shelter and housing site, people can expect a safe, welcoming environment and the support needed to move forward—ultimately toward a permanent home of their own.

Together, we’re creating pathways from shelter to housing—and from crisis to lasting stability.

Every night, Our Place provides shelter and housing to approximately 500 people across seven sites—individuals who were previously homeless and are now beginning to rebuild their lives with stability and support.
